The Tool Bar

Here in T. Skull's CCCentral you are able to post topics in different formats and fonts. This topic is an introduction to the Tool Bar.

Location: Below the position of the title you are able to see severl buttons each one having a different affect.

Button Activation: Every button has a code such as this: [quote ][/quote ]
In order to activate a Font or Formatt button you must highlight the text you wish to modify, then you must click on the button you want to select.
Note: The button will not take affect in editing mode, if you wish to see if the button work or was flawed, click on the preview button located below the Text Box OR you can click on the last button on the Tool Bar which will allow you to see the affects of the button during editing mode.

Font Buttons: Font Buttons are basic buttons usually found in Word Document. If you do not have this program below are the affects of these buttons:

Bold Button
Italic Button
Underline Button
Strike Button

Position Buttons: Position Buttons are also found in word. These buttons let you decide on the position if your text.

Align Left Button


Justify Button: If you have a large amount of text the Justify Button will align your text on both sides for a straight edge.

Lists and Linebreak Buttons: Ths is also found in Word Document. These buttons will help you in large amounts of text. That is why I can only give a brief description of there affect.

List: If you have several statements this button will list the statemets, with bullets, so they are able to be more easily followed and more organized.
Ordered List: If a Cheat Code Activation requires several steps this button will list the steps, with numbers, so they are able to be more easily followed.
Line Break: If you have two large and extremely different post, but you want to put the two post together then this button will seperate your post with a large horizontal line.

Format Buttons: These are special buttons, and only the third button is found in Word Document. These buttons will put your text into different formats that might help you organize your posts.

Note: If you want to quote another post that is in the topic that you want to post in, there should be a button on the top right corner of the post you want to quote, that button will automatically open a new post/reply with the quote already in place.

Attachment Buttons: Some of these buttons are also found in Word Document. These buttons will let you post videos, pis, etc.

Upload Pic Button: This button will allow you browse through your computer to search for the image you want. It will then give you the URL to the pic. Note: Inoreder to see the next step please view the description of the Pic Button.
Pic Button: This button will require you to insert a URL for the image you want to attach, if you do not know what the URL to the image you want to attach then please view the Upload Pic Button description.
Link Button: This button will require you to insert the URL of the website you want to link to. This button will allow you post a link to a different website.
Flash Button: Unknown affect.
Video Button: This button will allow you post videos from video websites such as You Tube, Meta Cafe, Daily Motion, etc. This button will require you to insert a URL of the website the video is located.

Style Buttons: These can also be found in Word Document. These buttons will allow you to modify your text into different sizes and styles.

Font Style Button : Font Style Button

The Other Buttons: These are unique buttons, very few are found in Word Document. Each one has a different affect.

Index Button: This button helps you organize your ideas in large post and provides quick access to certain sections of your posts.
